We understand that each consumer has specific needs. Our melt specialists can custom mix alloys as needed to achieve a certified final metallurgy that meets specific customer criteria. Every heat is spectrographically analysed to guarantee adequate chemistry, and mechanical qualities are confirmed through in-house testing of individually cast tensile specimens. Metallurgical quality and integrity are ensured by archiving a small metal sample of each heat for up to seven years, allowing us to reassure our customers about the metal quality and respond to any technical questions that may emerge years after castings have been manufactured and transported.
